Beko Refrigerator Not Cooling, My Food Spoils Easily

My Beko refrigerator went on the fritz – wouldn't cool at all! I called their authorized service center expecting a quick fix. Big disappointment! They stuck me with an appointment a whole 4 days later! There's literally an authorized service center practically next door, but no, I had to wait, in the meantime, all my food in the fridge started going bad! This is a huge hassle and a waste of money on spoiled groceries. honestly, this experience makes me seriously reconsider ever buying a Beko appliance again. There's no excuse for such a long wait, especially when there's a service center right around the corner. On top of that, no communication – not even a courtesy call to explain the delay.
