My Beko fridge B5 RCNE 405 had an extremely hot left side, so I bought a thermometer to check and it showed 52°C — hot enough to cause third-degree burns. We reported the issue, and the store contacted Beko. A mechanic came and said it was normal, even suggesting that we build a wall so no one would get burned. Beko refused to take responsibility for the issue. I’ll never buy from Beko again — they don’t seem to care about their own faults.

"The customer representative called me and said they would take care of it. The service came and installed another device to check if there was a problem with the cooling, and said that it stopped cooling at night. However, the engineer mentioned that there is only 1 month left on the warranty period and offered us an extended warranty (4 years for 4400 TL). The reason is that the warranty will expire during this period and they will charge for service visits afterward.
