Riot Refused to Remove a Valorant Suspension Caused by Account Theft
My Valorant account was taken over and accessed without my permission by my ex-partner, who played on the account without my knowledge or consent. I never shared my account information with anyone and never willingly gave access to my account. Despite this, my account was suspended on 12/19/2025 until 12/19/2026.
My in-game account name is “Tabi Tabzarab #s05,” and the email address connected to the account is s*******@icloud.com. The unauthorized access and misuse of my account happened completely outside of my control, and I had no involvement, knowledge, or intent regarding any actions taken on the account.
After the incident, I contacted Riot Support, but I was informed that removing the suspension would not be possible. However, I want to emphasize that there was no intentional rule violation or cheating activity committed by me personally. I am the victim of my account being misused by another individual.
I request that the Riot and Valorant teams review my account situation again, carry out the necessary investigations, remove this unfair long-term suspension, and restore my access to the account as soon as possible.
