Beko Refrigerator Delivered with Defects – No Support for Return

I recently had a Beko refrigerator installed by the authorized service team, but as soon as they left, I noticed serious defects. The door seals were coming apart, and the LED light cover was broken. Given these issues, I immediately requested a return.

It has now been 15 days, and both customer service and the service team act as if they have no knowledge of my request. No updates, no resolution—just complete indifference. It’s clear that Beko does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

If I pay for a new appliance, I expect it to be delivered in perfect condition. I demand that Beko immediately process my return and take responsibility for their faulty product. Ignoring your customers is unacceptable!

In the Beko refrigerator return process, the service came and took the refrigerator 15 days ago. However, the refund has still not been processed. I called customer service last week, and they said they expedited the process, but the money still hasn't come. I called again today, and they said they expedited the process and reported the grievance in the same way. Beko can never be a world brand, shame on you, you have made me miserable for a month.
