BDG did not credit my deposit despite confirming receipt, how can I resolve this?

If BigDaddyGames has acknowledged receipt of your deposit but has not yet credited it to your account, please get in touch with customer service right once at https://bigdaddygames.net/contact/.

Additionally, you can reach them by phone at (920) 727-5508.

For email inquiries, you can use the general contact email: [email protected].

Provide precise information such as the transaction ID, amount, and date to expedite the resolution process.

For BDG Game-related difficulties, please contact them through their official Telegram channel at (https://telegram.me/s/BigDaddyGame).

If initial contact does not fix the issue, you might try escalating your complaint through Xolvie to raise awareness about it and inform others.

I play on BDG Game via Android, and I made two UPI deposits that have still not been credited to my BDG game wallet. On 18/02/2026 at 01:43 am, I made the first UPI deposit of 1000 Rs with UTR number 604950546210 and order number RC2026021801431208008885c to my BDG Game account with game ID 5356***. On the same date, at 01:50 am, I made a second UPI deposit of 2000 Rs with UTR number 200363612377 and order number RC2026021801501392488955f, again to the same game ID 5356887. The total amount of 3000 Rs has been debited from my side, but it has not been credited to my BDG Game wallet. I have already tried to contact BDG Game customer support regarding these two missing deposits, but I have not received any response. I request that my deposits of 1000 Rs and 2000 Rs, a total of 3000 Rs, be checked using the UTR and order numbers provided and credited to my BDG Game wallet or the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.

I deposited 10,000 rupees in my Bdg Game account on 29 January 2026 at around 09:39 PM via Paytm UPI from my ID ritukumarrabha***5@idbi. The transaction shows as successful on my side and I also have a UTR number: 396346968040 and reference code RC2026012921392535001734f, but the money has still not been credited to my game account. Since the payment, I have been repeatedly waiting and checking, but the balance is still not visible inside the game. I have been trying to get this resolved for a long time, yet I only get responses like “please wait,” and nothing has actually been done. This situation is causing me a lot of stress because 10,000 rupees is a big amount for me, and I have already waited many days without any proper solution. I request Bdg Game to urgently check this Paytm transaction.
