BDG Game Paytm Wallet Top Up Still Pending

I made a wallet top up on BDG Game, but the money has not been added to my wallet. On 11.09.2026, I paid 4,600 from my Paytm account for a BDG Game wallet top up. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm, but it did not come to my BDG Game wallet. My BDG Game ID is 23129***. In my BDG Game deposit history, the 4,600 deposit is still shown as pending, while other smaller deposits are completed or failed, so this one is clearly stuck. I request that the 4,600 be credited immediately to my BDG Game wallet.
