BDG Game ₹17,000 UPI Deposit Missing

I deposited a total amount of 17,000 INR to BDG Game through UPI, but the money has not been credited to my BDG Game account with ID 16212***. The amount has already been debited from my bank account. I contacted BDG Game customer service about this issue, but instead of solving the problem they only gave excuses and did not provide any clear solution or refund. I request that my 17,000 INR be either immediately added to my BDG Game wallet or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
