I made a deposit of 2,000 ₹ to my BDG GAME account via bank/PhonePe on 20 October 2026. The PhonePe transaction was successful, and I have the receipt showing that the payment was completed, but the 2,000 ₹ has still not been credited to my BDG GAME account. I kindly request that you check this specific transaction as soon as possible and either credit the missing 2,000 ₹ to my BDG GAME account or resolve the issue promptly so that I can use my balance without further delay.
