Money Not Deposited In Bdg Win Game

Yesterday at around 12:00 noon I deposited Rs 15,000 from my SBI bank account to my BDG Win account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but even after about 20 hours it has still not been credited to my BDG Win balance and the status keeps showing “to be paid”. I have a screenshot/PDF clearly showing both the debit from my SBI account and the pending “to be paid” status on BDG Win. Despite this, the amount has not been added to my gaming account and I am unable to use my own money. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, the Rs 15,000 that was debited from my SBI account be credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, and that a clear explanation be provided for this delay.
