BDG Game Wallet Top Up Of 4,600 Deducted From Paytm But Not Credited

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a wallet top up on BDG Game that has still not been credited. On 11.09.2026, I made a payment of 4,600 from my Paytm account to top up my BDG Game wallet. The amount of 4,600 was successfully deducted from my account, but it was never added to my BDG Game wallet. My BDG Game ID is 23129***, and this is the account where the amount should have been credited. Since then, I have contacted BDG Game support many times through comments. Each time, they have only replied that my deposit amount is being checked and that I should kindly wait, and they have been repeating the same answer since yesterday without resolving the issue. I request that the 4,600 already deducted from my account be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet or that you provide a clear and final solution without any further delay.
