BDG Deposit Not Received

I deposited 1,400 Rs to my BDG Game app wallet yesterday night, but the money has not been credited to my account and my in‑app wallet is still showing 0 balance. At the same time, my bank balance also went to 0, so the money has clearly been deducted from my account. I have already shared all the details with BDG Game support, including the payment UTR, UPI details, PDF of the transaction and bank statement with password, but despite this, my money has still not been added to my BDG Game wallet and I have not received any refund either. Inside the BDG Game system there are several “Deposit Not Receive” requests opened by me with different order numbers, yet they are either rejected or shown without any proper solution. I request that my missing 1,400 Rs either be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet or refunded back to my bank account, and that I be clearly informed about the final status and reason for this transaction problem.
