BDG Deposit Not Received

I am a user of BDG Game and I am writing because two of my deposits have not been credited to my in‑game account. On 12 September 2026 I made a payment of 2,000 INR, and on 28 September 2026 I made another payment of 999.99 INR. Both transactions were completed successfully on my payment side and I have payment receipts for them, but these amounts were not added to my BDG Game balance for my account with UID 19530***. When I check the recharge or transaction history related to BDG Game, I can see the successful transfers, yet my game wallet does not reflect these deposits. Because of this issue, I am unable to use the money I have already paid into the game and I feel financially victimized. I request that the missing 2,000 INR and 999.99 INR deposits be added to my BDG Game account balance linked to UID 19530*** or, if this is not possible, that the full amounts be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. If the deposits still cannot be added to my game wallet, I demand an immediate refund of the full amounts to my payment method without any further delay.
