BDG Win Deposit Missing Despite Successful PhonePe Transfer

I am writing because my deposit has not been credited to my BDG Win account despite a successful transfer. On 4 November I made a bank transfer of 5,000 to fund my BDG Win balance for my BDG Win account number 7678620812. As proof, I have a PhonePe transfer confirmation showing that on 3 November 2026 an amount of 5,000 rupees was successfully sent from my side to the recipient’s account. However, even though the transaction is completed on my banking side, the 5,000 has still not appeared in my BDG Win account. I kindly request that you urgently locate this payment and credit the full 5,000 amount to my BDG Win account number 7678620812 without further delay, or provide a clear explanation of why the deposit has not been processed. I also ask you to confirm the result to me in writing once the balance has been updated.
