I made a deposit of 1,999.49 ₹ to BDG Game / BDGKing on 11/10/2026, but this amount has still not been credited to my account. My BDG account ID is 22371***. I can see from my payment record that the transaction to BDG was completed, yet my BDG balance has not increased and the money is not reflected in my account. This situation is causing financial loss and inconvenience. I request that the 1,999.49 ₹ I deposited on 11/10/2026 be urgently located and either added to my BDG balance or refunded to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing after the issue is resolved.
