Deposit Not Received On Bdg Account

I deposited 300 Rs into my BDG Win account on 25/10/2026 at around 10:26 pm. The money was successfully taken from my payment method, but it has still not been added to my BDG Win balance. I contacted BDG Win support about this issue and they only replied that my payment is "checking", without solving the problem or crediting the money to my account. I request that my 300 Rs deposit be either immediately added to my BDG Win balance or fully refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
