Deposit Not Received

My Bdgwin Game ID is 6501***. On 08/09/2026, I made two deposits of 2000 INR each to my Bdgwin game account via Paytm UPI. Both payments were completed successfully and appear as successful in my Paytm transaction history, but the total amount of 4000 INR was not credited to my Bdgwin balance. After noticing this problem, I submitted the transaction details and proofs through the Bdgwin platform more than 20 times, but my deposits still have not been added to my account and the issue has not been resolved. I find it unacceptable that payments shown as successful on Paytm are not reflected in my Bdgwin account despite repeated submissions. I request that my missing deposits be checked urgently and that the total amount of 4000 INR be credited to my Bdgwin account or fully refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
