BDG Game ₹7,000 PhonePe Deposit Failed but Money Not Credited to Wallet

I attempted to deposit 7,000 ₹ into my Bdg Game account via PhonePe, but the amount has not been credited to my game wallet even though the transaction appears to have been processed. On Bdg Game’s side, the deposit screen shows the transaction with the reference/order number RC20260904142147941055908 as “Failed”, and I am currently unable to use the 7,000 ₹ I tried to deposit. After this issue, I opened a “Deposit Not Receive” query through the system. In the progress query screen, my notification dated 2026-09-12 with the order number 2609121202346222338 appears as “Success”, and it states that my bank statement and video recording were reviewed. However, despite the status being marked as successful, I did not receive any message, explanation, or resolution from Bdg Game, and the 7,000 ₹ is still not visible in my game wallet. I request that my situation be urgently checked and that the 7,000 ₹ I deposited via PhonePe either be credited to my Bdg Game wallet or, if this is not possible, that it be refunded to me without any further delay.
