BDG Deposit Refund Delayed Despite Payment Confirmation

I deposited 100 rupees through UPI‑QR on the BDG Win platform on 15 October 2026 at around 8:58. In the deposit history section of the site, this transaction is still shown with the status “To Be Paid / Confirm”, but the money has neither been added to my game wallet nor returned to my bank account. I have contacted BDG Win support several times. In some places on the site it shows “payment rejected” and in one place it shows as “To Be Paid / Confirm”, but so far I have not received any clear information about when or whether my money will be returned. At the moment my 100 rupees are stuck and I have no control or clarity about this payment. I request that the 100 rupees I sent via UPI‑QR for this failed deposit be refunded directly to my bank account without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once the refund is completed.
