BDG Game Paytm Deposit Failed but Money Deducted

I am using the BDG Game platform and my game ID is 17386***. I made a payment of 2,000 rupees through Paytm using UPI to add balance to my BDG Game account, but this amount has not been credited to my game wallet. Through my Paytm account I sent 2,000 rupees to the Paytm account in the name of Ano D*** on 10 October 2026. The transaction is shown as successful in my Paytm history, and the money has been deducted from my Paytm balance. However, in the BDG Game deposit history the related transaction is marked as failed and my in‑game balance did not increase, so the 2,000 rupees are still missing in the game. I request that the missing 2,000 rupees be immediately added to my BDG Game account linked to game ID. I kindly ask you to review this UPI payment from my Paytm to Ano D*** and resolve this issue urgently, as I have paid but did not receive the game balance.
