BDG Daddy Deposit Missing After Successful Bank Transfer

On 26/09/2026 I made a bank transfer of 9,000 to the BDG Daddy betting platform for deposit into my account. The transfer was completed successfully on my side, and my bank application shows the payment as successful to the beneficiary, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Daddy account. When I contacted BDG Daddy customer support about the missing deposit, they only replied that the money was “not received” and did not give any clear explanation or solution, even though I have proof from my bank that the transfer was successful. I am sharing this complaint text to clearly record that my 9,000 deposit is missing despite a successful bank transaction, and that customer support has not resolved the issue. I request that my 9,000 be either immediately credited to my BDG Daddy account or fully refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
