BDG Game Deposit Issue

On 18 March 2026 I made a deposit of 20,000 Rupees via Paytm in order to add balance to my BDG Game account. The amount was debited from my Paytm and, according to Paytm customer support, the payment was completed successfully and sent to BDG. Despite this, the 20,000 Rupees has still not been credited to my BDG Game account even though several days have passed. Paytm clearly confirms that the transaction was successful on their side, so the problem is on the BDG Game side. I have tried to reach BDG Game regarding this issue, but I am not getting any response from them. I request that the missing 20,000 Rupees be urgently credited to my BDG Game account or that BDG clearly explain the status of this payment and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
