On November 18, 2024, I purchased an Arçelik refrigerator (Order No. 283614) for ₺42,300, which was delivered on November 20. Shortly after the authorized service left, I noticed the product was defective. I immediately contacted customer service, and my complaint was recorded. The following day, I was offered a part replacement, but I refused as the product was unused and even unplugged. I requested a return instead.
Customer service confirmed my right to return within 30 days, as Arçelik guarantees unconditional returns. However, the branch I purchased from denies this and has directed me to Consumer Rights instead of resolving the issue. Despite multiple calls and visits over three weeks, I’ve had no resolution.
I demand immediate action to process the return. I will not accept a defective product, and I expect Arçelik to uphold its return policy. Please address this matter promptly.
