I purchased a Minecraft server with 2 GB of RAM from Nitrado.net for $9. This was not my first purchase from this company, and I had never experienced an issue before. However, on this server, chunks load extremely slowly, the game constantly lags, and even with just two players, it has become unplayable. It has completely ruined my gaming experience.
The issue started on the very first day I purchased the server and continued without interruption. I performed all the checks I could on my end, but nothing improved. As a result, I requested a refund two days after purchasing the service.
When I contacted support via email, they told me that the first three days are considered a trial period and that refunds are not issued even if performance issues occur during that time. As a result, the money I paid was wasted, and despite being completely dissatisfied with the service, no solution or compensation was offered.
Due to these serious performance issues, I am requesting a refund of the $9 I paid or at least a reasonable solution, such as transferring my service to a properly functioning server with the same specifications. I ask that this situation be reviewed again and that my hardship be resolved.
