Arçelik Faulty Dishwasher and Lack of Resolution From Service

On Monday, December 16, 2024, I purchased an Arçelik brand dishwasher from Bakırköy Kahramanoğulları, Istanbul Street Branch. The product was delivered on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. However, on Friday, December 20, 2024, the authorized service technician inspected the dishwasher, confirmed that it was faulty, and informed me that the return process would be initiated. Despite this, during my conversations with the call center, representatives claimed that there was no issue with the product and obstructed the process. On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, I called the service again, and the technician once again confirmed that the product was faulty and stated that it would be collected the following day. However, no progress has been made since that date. Despite repeatedly contacting the call center, I was told, “You will be contacted,” but no one has reached out to me. No concrete steps have been taken to resolve the issue. This situation has caused significant loss of time and frustration. I demand that the return process for the faulty product be completed immediately, and my payment refunded. I am no longer willing to wait.
