MoonPay Won’t Let Me Withdraw My $253 Balance

I am trying to withdraw my $253 balance from my MoonPay account, but none of my bank accounts or cards are being accepted. I have tried cards from İş Bank, Ziraat Bank, Garanti Bank, QNB Finansbank, and Papara. Even though all of them are registered in my name, none of them work. When I start entering the card number in the app, I receive a message saying, “This card cannot be used.” My account is fully verified, and this is my first time attempting to withdraw funds.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that I be provided with the necessary support to withdraw my balance.
