On December 4, 2025, at 2:37 PM, I sent $200 through MoonPay to my Bitget Wallet account. Bitget claims that MoonPay never completed the payment to them and shifted the responsibility to MoonPay. However, I have been unable to reach MoonPay in any way, and my money has neither been refunded nor credited to my Bitget account.
During this process, Bitget repeatedly told me, “We will compensate you for your loss,” but no concrete action has been taken. For days, I have neither recovered my money nor seen the transferred amount credited to my account. I have the receipt and all necessary screenshots related to the transaction and can provide them if requested.
Since December 4, 2025, my mental and emotional well-being have been seriously affected. With each passing hour, my financial and emotional damages continue to grow. Therefore, in addition to the $200 I sent, I am demanding compensation equal to 100 times the amount due to the severity of the hardship I have experienced.
I request that my issue be resolved urgently, that the $200 be immediately refunded to my Encard account, and that the compensation I am requesting be paid. I also ask that all necessary measures be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.
