Nitrado Ark Purchase Missing 65 Ancient Amber

I am experiencing an issue on Nitrado.net with purchasing Ancient Amber in Ark. I bought Ancient Amber in the game, but it was not delivered to my account. Out of the total amount I purchased, I only received one item, and I did not receive the remaining 65 Ancient Amber.

I am filing this complaint because I was unable to receive the full amount I paid for. I have always been able to make these purchases without any problems before, but this time, in two separate transactions, the Ancient Amber was not credited to my account.
