Arcelik's Irresponsibilty Drives Me Crazy, Urgent Refrigerator Replacement For Broken Product

I purchased a refrigerator from Arçelik a year ago, and unfortunately, it recently broke down. After two service visits, the unit was sent to your workshop. Despite my repeated requests for a replacement, I’ve only received dismissive responses from your team, saying that no replacement units are available and all are with other customers. For over a week, I’ve been told to call hourly, yet there’s been no progress. Your customer service opened a record, but I kept getting conflicting information. Finally, I was told the motherboard and motor were replaced, but I do not want my one-year-old refrigerator repaired—I want a new one. We’ve also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, but our issue remains unresolved. With a diabetic patient in the home and the recent breakdown resulting in the spoilage of ₺30,000 worth of sacrificial meat, the situation has been dire. Arçelik has contacted us but failed to make any progress. We demand a replacement refrigerator immediately. We refuse to accept the current one and will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved.
