Arçelik Delivered a Damaged 270531EI Refrigerator and Refused to Replace It Fairly
The refrigerator with the serial number 270531EI that I purchased on 29.01.2024 was delivered to my address by Arçelik on 30.12.2024. When the delivery team opened the box to set up the refrigerator, they noticed it was damaged and told me, "Keep the product, and we will bring a new one and take the damaged one within a week." Two days ago, I received a call from the headquarters informing me that the model I purchased was no longer in stock. Instead, they offered me the 270475EI model and a refund of ₺1,079. However, when I compared the features of the two models, the one they are offering lacks the specifications of the original refrigerator I purchased. Since the product I bought is no longer in stock, they should offer me a higher model, not a lower one. The 270490EI model is the superior version of the one I purchased, and I requested a replacement with that model. However, they demanded an additional ₺9,960 from me. My wedding is very close, and this refrigerator issue remains unresolved. It is not my fault that the product I bought is out of stock. I urgently request that my demand be addressed immediately.
