Arcelik Left Us Without a Refrigerator By Not Fixing the Compressor for Months

In 2018, I invested in a full suite of Arçelik appliances, including a refrigerator, believing in the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous and persistent problems with multiple products. My most significant issue has been with the refrigerator. Despite purchasing an extended warranty, I have faced ongoing cooling problems. Approximately two months ago, a technician charged us to replace the compressor, even though this component typically carries a 10-year warranty. Less than two months later, the compressor failed again. We were forced to endure another month without a refrigerator while waiting for a replacement. To add insult to injury, the replacement fridge provided was also defective. Now, Arçelik is demanding a substantial fee of ₺28,000 for a replacement. It is incomprehensible that I should be penalized for the repeated failures of your product. The stress and inconvenience caused by this situation are immense, especially with young children. I demand a full refund for the refrigerator or a free replacement unit without any additional charges. This is not the level of service expected from a reputable brand like Arçelik. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency if this matter is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
