Hotel Canceled My Reservation, No Refund From Agoda
I booked a hotel through agoda.com, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel canceled my reservation without prior notice, and to make matters worse, they refused to refund my fee. What's more frustrating is that I can't seem to contact anyone at agoda.com for assistance. I'm left hanging, waiting for both the hotel and agoda.com to admit their error, refund my money, and offer a simple apology. It's incredible how badly this situation has been handled. I just want them to hear my voice and resolve this situation as soon as possible. This ordeal has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from having to deal with Agoda and this hotel in the future.
