Monopoly GO Arbitrarily Reduced My Max Dice Capacity and Hourly Refill Rate
I have been actively playing Monopoly GO for a long time. Through my own effort, I had built my dice capacity up to 800, with an hourly regeneration rate of 100, and I was making steady progress in the game. However, about 4 to 5 months ago, for no reason at all, my hourly regeneration rate dropped to 40, and my total dice capacity was reduced to 400. Feeling as though the time and effort I invested in the game went to waste has been deeply frustrating.
Since then, I have ceased to enjoy the game as I used to and have reached the point of deleting it altogether. Despite opening multiple in-game support tickets, no correction has been made, nor has a clear explanation been provided to me. I have also made in-game purchases over time, spending roughly 300–400 TRY in total, which makes experiencing such unfair treatment even more disappointing.
