My Garmin Instinct 2 Solar Stopped Charging

I purchased my Garmin Instinct 2 Solar watch approximately two years ago from a Teknosa store in Europe, paying around €400. At the time of purchase, I chose this device because I trusted both the brand reputation and its advertised durability.

For about three months now, my watch has been completely failing to charge. I have attempted charging it using different wall outlets, various adapters, and directly via a computer connection, but it displays no response and takes no charge. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, they stated that it was a battery malfunction, but informed me that they could not assist because the warranty period had expired.

I find it unacceptable for a product in this price segment, known specifically for its rugged durability, to suffer a total battery failure in such a short period. I request that Garmin resolve my grievance under goodwill measures by replacing my watch with a new unit.
