I Can’t Cancel My Agoda Booking and There’s No Way to Reach Customer Support
Today, I made a hotel reservation through Agoda. The booking was confirmed, and the full amount was immediately charged to my account. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I needed to cancel the reservation—but when I click on the “Cancel” button, nothing happens. The system simply doesn’t respond.
I contacted the hotel directly, hoping they could help, but they told me that all changes must go through Agoda customer service. The problem is, there’s no way to reach Agoda support. I can’t find any valid phone number or email, and there’s no chat or real person to talk to. I’m completely stuck.
This is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're trying to resolve something urgently. Agoda, you took my payment instantly—now I expect immediate support and a working cancellation process. Fix your system, contact me without delay, and issue my ₺ refund. Leaving customers with no help and no way out is unacceptable.
