I Am Demanding a Compatible Lid or Product Exchange From Zwilling

I purchased a Zwilling travel mug with a cup lid—a model that is still currently on the market—from an Enplus store, but the lid broke within approximately two years. The thermos, which I paid a significant amount of money for, has been rendered completely unusable solely due to this damaged lid.
When I contacted the company regarding the lid failure, I was told that spare parts could not be supplied and that nothing could be done. Because I cannot recall the exact Enplus store branch or the name under which the invoice was registered, I was unable to proceed further through their system. The inability of such a prominent brand to provide even a replacement lid—especially for a model that remains actively on sale—is both disappointing and frustrating.
I demand that Zwilling at least supply a compatible replacement lid for my thermos or offer a reasonable solution (such as a product exchange, repair, or equivalent remedy) to restore my thermos to working condition. I do not accept that a high-priced product should become useless in such a short time simply due to the lack of spare parts support.
