Calzedonia Kentpark Failed to Deliver Pareo Before My International Flight

I was told that a pareo—one of the items I bought during my shopping trip at the Calzedonia Kentpark branch on July 14, 2026—would be shipped to my address by cargo because my size was not in stock at the store. I specifically mentioned that I was going abroad this Friday, and the sale was processed accordingly, with assurances that the item would arrive early this week. However, the pareo has not reached me in any way.

I have been waiting for the pareo since July 20, 2026. When I called the store after the item failed to arrive, they said that if necessary, they could source it from another store where stock was available. However, when I went to the store today, they claimed this time that they had handed the item over to the cargo company in the morning and that it would be delivered to my address during the day. Upon contacting the courier company afterward, I learned that same-day delivery was impossible, that the item would go through the transfer center, that I could not even pick it up in person, and that only the sender could cancel and recall the shipment.

The store then attempted to offer a solution by suggesting that I buy a second pareo and return the shipped one within a month once it eventually arrives. Despite my calling them multiple times throughout the day during this process, I was continuously passed around with promises of "we will get back to you," yet no follow-up was ever made. Due to this attitude, I have been left thoroughly frustrated and deeply disappointed by such a disrespectful and indifferent approach.

I paid for my shopping total of 27,010.02 TRY using a credit card in three installments, and the receipt lists Ms. C**** as the salesperson and Ms. K**** as the cashier. Despite my flight date being so explicit and the sale being conducted on that basis, my pareo was not delivered on time and the process was handled terribly; therefore, I demand that my pareo be supplied and delivered to me urgently or that my grievance be resolved through an appropriate solution.
