Agoda Canceled My Reservation but Never Confirmed Refund – No Communication!
I booked a hotel through Agoda yesterday but had to cancel it due to personal reasons. I also called the hotel directly ...and emailed Agoda to ensure the cancellation process was smooth. While they assured me I would receive a refund, I never got any confirmation email—not for the booking, the cancell
