I Face Toca Life World Save Data Loss After My House Was Deleted Again

I play Toca Life World on my iPad, and I am extremely frustrated with an issue that keeps happening. Every time I return to the game, my house somehow gets deleted. I spent 7 days carefully building and decorating a detailed house, but when I opened the game again this evening, I discovered that the entire house had disappeared without any warning.

This problem has happened several times before. I kept playing because I thought it would not happen again, but today the exact same issue occurred. As soon as I entered the game, everything appeared to have been reset as if an update had been installed. Not only was the house I spent so much time creating gone, but newly added items had disappeared as well. In particular, the new double beds and other recently added furniture were missing. Losing this much progress and time without warning is unacceptable.

My request is very clear. First, I want the house I spent 7 days creating, along with all of the furniture and items inside it, restored to my account exactly as it was before. I also request that all of the newly added items that disappeared be restored in full.

In addition, considering the inconvenience and loss of progress I experienced, I request an apology and compensation package consisting of paid in-game items. I also want my account and save system to be investigated so that the cause of this issue can be identified and permanently fixed, preventing my progress from being deleted again.
