Unresolved Toyota Brake and Suspension Noise
Trusting the Toyota brand, we purchased a brand-new vehicle that has been experiencing an unresolved chronic noise issue for approximately 14–15 months. This noise recurs across different seasons and is a factory defect originating entirely from the vehicle itself. The timeline of our experience is as follows: First Service Visit (~5,210 km): The issue was addressed under the claim of "sheet metal bending/stone trap," but the noise persisted. Subsequent Visits: Despite replacing the left front shock absorber, shock absorber mount, and front brake pads, as well as applying anti-noise treatments, the problem was never permanently resolved. Ordu Toyota Akten Process: Although we sent video evidence of the noise to the dealership where we bought the vehicle, no concrete feedback or solution was provided. Trabzon Toyota Ayyıldız Process: We continued using the vehicle as instructed by the service center. During the 10,000 km maintenance, the front tires, pads, and rotors were replaced; however, the noise did not stop, and sticking issues in the front driver and passenger windows subsequently began. Latest Service Appointment (08/07/2026): We were informed that replacement parts were ordered for the windows, but nothing further could be done for the chronic noise coming from the tire/brake area. Both my spouse and I are healthcare workers putting in long hours at a public hospital. Having to repeatedly visit the service center for a vehicle we bought through hard work and debt has exhausted us both in terms of time and trust. We demand that Toyota Turkey urgently and permanently resolve this grievance, which even authorized service centers cannot diagnose; otherwise, we will pursue our legal rights. We expect an immediate and concrete solution from Toyota Turkey.
