Agoda Canceled My Reservation but Never Confirmed Refund – No Communication!
I booked a hotel through Agoda yesterday but had to cancel it due to personal reasons. I also called the hotel directly and emailed Agoda to ensure the cancellation process was smooth. While they assured me I would receive a refund, I never got any confirmation email—not for the booking, the cancellation, or the refund process.
I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to Agoda for help, but I haven’t been able to contact anyone directly or get a clear response. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating, and I will never use this site again. Please resolve this issue and process my refund immediately. I expect an email confirmation promptly.
