I just got rid of my Adobe Photoshop membership, but my credit card was still charged 130 Turkish Lira. After 15 minutes, they charged me another 130 lira, and when I tried to cancel the subscription, they said I would have to pay 730 lira for canceling it too soon. They also won't let me take my credit card out of the account. It doesn't make sense or make sense at all to charge a fee to cancel a subscription. I demand that my membership be terminated for free, and all unauthorized charges be immediately refunded to my credit card. Adobe needs to make its customer service better and make its subscription policies clearer so that this doesn't happen again.
