Adobe Photoshop Keeps Charging Me Monthly After I Canceled My Subscription

Last year, I purchased an Adobe Photoshop monthly subscription for a school project. Once my assignment was completed, I canceled the subscription—or so I thought. Despite confirming the cancellation, Adobe has continued to charge me ₺350 every month for a service I haven’t used in a long time.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer support. I’ve tried to reach someone to resolve this issue, but there’s no clear point of contact, no local assistance, and the help center keeps sending me in circles.
I’ve now paid for months of a product I don’t use, and it feels like I’m being ignored and robbed. At this point, I’m requesting not just a cancellation confirmation but also a full refund for the months I was wrongly charged.
Adobe needs to fix its billing system, ensure canceled subscriptions are truly terminated, and offer real-time support for situations like this. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the brand. I expect a prompt resolution and reimbursement immediately.
