How to Cancel Adobe Photoshop Plan Without Paying Extra Fees

On September 3, 2025, I started a Photoshop subscription directly through Adobe’s official website, paying ₺549 for the first month via credit card. During this time, I only used the trial version of the application and never used the paid plan after it began.

Today (October 9, 2025), I tried to cancel my subscription, but Adobe requested a ₺2,748 early termination fee, even though I never used the service. Since Adobe does not offer Turkish-language customer support, I couldn’t reach anyone to explain the issue. Furthermore, there was no mention of such a cancellation fee in the subscription terms or during checkout.

I request that no cancellation fee be charged for a service I never used, and that my subscription be canceled free of charge. I also hope Adobe will take action to prevent other users from facing similar issues in the future.
