Adobe Charging $39 Monthly + $193 Penalty Even Though I’m Trying to Cancel

For about three months, I’ve been trying to cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. When I attempt to cancel it through the website, the option to cancel does not appear on the plan details page during the payment step, which prevents me from ending my membership. Even though I never used the subscription, Adobe is charging a very high early termination fee of $193 USD each month I attempt to cancel. In addition, Adobe requests a monthly membership fee of $39 USD from my Papara account, but since my card is closed, this amount cannot be withdrawn.

Because Adobe does not offer any Turkish-language support or communication channels, I haven’t been able to contact customer service or receive any assistance. My membership was also switched to an annual plan on its own—I never approved such a change. My subscription is still active even though I’m not using it.

I request that all charges I never approved, including the unfair early termination fees, be canceled, that my subscription be terminated immediately, and that any payments made be refunded to me. My subscription was created with the email address y**************@gmail.com.
