Adobe is Not Canceling My Creative Cloud Subscription

I can't cancel my Adobe Creative Cloud membership. Adobe seems to have targeted all my money. I can't reach any representative. I just want to cancel my subscription. They attempt to charge my card every month. I want this to stop. They say 'Update your credit card information to end your subscription.' I update it, and suddenly, 190 Turkish Lira was withdrawn from my card, but I can't cancel it in any way. For three months, I've been paying for an application I haven't used. I can't cancel it at all. They're after all the money in my pocket. It's an outright disaster.
