I have been a long-time user of Kent D-Range Blue cigarettes, but I have recently been experiencing a serious quality issue with the last packs I purchased. Inside the packs, I keep finding torn and unusable cigarettes. I pay for these products, yet I am unable to receive a properly usable product in return.
This is the second time I have experienced this issue, and most recently, I encountered the same problem again with a pack I purchased on December 10, 2025. I buy these cigarettes from Yunus Market in Keçiören, Ankara. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt, but repeatedly facing the same issue with the same brand and series has made me very uncomfortable and disappointed.
I request that this quality problem with Kent D-Range Blue cigarettes be investigated and that the damaged packs I purchased be replaced. I also ask that the production and packaging processes be reviewed to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.
