On December 5, 2025 at around 12:57 AM, I transferred approximately $117 from my Garanti Bank account to my 1xBet account using the bank transfer method. The money was deducted from my bank account and I have the receipt, but the funds still have not been credited to my 1xBet balance.
After I noticed the deposit was missing, I contacted 1xBet many times. I called by phone, sent emails, and messaged customer service roughly 50 times. However, every time I was just redirected from one place to another, and I was never given a clear explanation or a real solution. The problem is still ongoing.
I request that the approximately $117 I transferred be credited to my 1xBet account urgently based on the bank receipt I have, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the process and the specific reason for this delay.
