Adobe Charged Me Without Consent and Now Wants Extra for Early Cancellation

Adobe completely misled me. I downloaded a free trial version of one of their products just to test it out. At no point was it made clear that I would be automatically charged if I didn’t cancel in time—or that canceling would come with such a massive penalty.

When I realized they had withdrawn money from my card without notice, I immediately tried to cancel my subscription. To my shock, I was told there would be a ₺2400 early termination fee. I had no choice but to shut down my entire bank card just to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Adobe's system makes it easy to sign up, but intentionally difficult to cancel, especially for international users. The lack of clear communication and hidden terms is unacceptable. I never intended to commit to a paid plan, and now I’m being financially punished for simply trying out a product.

I demand that Adobe reverse the unauthorized charge, cancel my subscription without penalty, and revise their process to make cancellation and pricing terms transparent from the start. This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I will not stay silent about it.
