I purchased a coat from the Bershka store at Istanbul Cevahir Mall approximately 2.5 to 3 months ago. I have worn the coat no more than three times in total, and I have never washed it. Despite this very limited use, severe pilling has appeared on the sleeves, shoulders, and many other areas. For a coat to end up in this condition after such minimal use clearly shows that the product quality is extremely poor.
I live in Kocaeli, and I purchased the item while I was in Istanbul. Expecting me to travel back to Istanbul just to deal with a single coat feels unreasonable, exhausting, and unfair. On top of that, I am unable to reach Bershka through any of their contact phone numbers, which makes resolving this issue even more difficult.
I still have the receipt, the product has never been washed, and I absolutely do not accept that a coat worn only three times would pill this badly. I paid approximately $100 for this product, and I believe it is defective. I request that the coat be inspected, that a full refund be issued, and that I be contacted directly regarding this matter. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will file complaints with all relevant authorities.
