If you lost money in a Paytm UPI transfer;

• Contact Paytm support immediately via the app (Help → UPI → Failed/Refund issue) and report that the UPI transfer failed but money was deducted
• Provide your registered mobile number, UPI UTR/transaction ID, amount, date/time, recipient details, and screenshots or bank statement

Ask them to;

• Verify the actual transaction status (failed, pending, or reversed)
• Confirm whether the amount is stuck in processing or already queued for auto-refund
• Share official confirmation/proof of failure or refund status

If the problem persists;

• Keep all transaction proofs, screenshots, and ticket references
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek refund tracking, proof, and accountability
